No.1 Suraj Kumar Singh

No.1 on the list is Suraj Kumar Singh. His notable achievements include working tirelessly for the placement of batch, connecting with XLRI alumni etc. His efforts were stupendous both when he was outside the placecomm and also when he became a part of the placecomm. Although he was placed quite early, his decision to stay back in the campus till the end of May 2010 clearly demonstrated his committment to the batch.

Next is Devendra Gondane

Next on the list is Devendra Gondane who put in a exemplary effort to ensure that the whole batch got placed (consider this against the fact that even in good years like 2007 and 2008 100% placement could not be achieved). He tried every trick in the trade to bring companies to campus and made personalised efforts for those not placed.

Next in line is Santosh Sahoo

Next on the list is Santosh Sahoo who spent more time in the placecomm office than in the classroom or his hostel room. His dedication towards the responsibility assigned to him as part of the placecomm team was extraordinary.

Next on the list is Anshuman Jaiswal whom many in the batch love to hate

His methods may be questionable but nevertheless his dedication towards creating awareness for the GMP brand through various initiatives is laudable. His work as part of the placecomm during the more trying part of the placement season also deserves a special mention.

Next on the list is our own Mallu

The persistent and sincere efforts put in by Vinay as part of the placecomm deserves him a place in this hall of fame.

Next is Dhinesh Joseph

His silent work as part of the CEO forum, placecomm or many other initiatives for the batch deserves recognition.

Last but not the least is the gold medalist of our batch - Kailash
The leadership provided by Kailash to the placement team and the batch deserves him this recognition. His ability to take initiative and drive and motivate people was valuable to the batch. Although, his decision to leave campus on the day our final term was over did not go down well with many people, nevertheless, his contribution for the batch cannot be overlooked and hence his name in this list.
